It is a new, modern, and safe building (guardian and surveillance cameras 24 hours a day). You will feel at home in this apartment near the Dann Carlton hotel in the Republic of Salvador in Quito, It is a new building with the most advanced construction techniques And what about its social areas? To spend a pleasant day we have an equipped gym, a games room, which includes table tennis, table football, and darts. Finally, a communal terrace, with a children's play area, and hammocks, with which you will enjoy a splendid 360º view of the city of Quito.
