Nice and clean hotel and I had pretty large room. Roof bar and living area with pool was nice and drinks were affordable. The view from the roof area was nice, you could see the sea and mountains. The sea was 30min walk away, 5min by car, but the beach was a bit further.

the location of it is great, really close to playa el valle. You can drive to the beach in 4 minutes or walk in 20 (it is safe to walk). The room was spacious and the AC was was really good on a warm day. The owner is on the property and super friendly and willing to help with whatever you need.
