Exclusive luxury penthouse apartment in the heart of Copenhagen. 125 square meter apartment with an extra 90 square meter private rooftop terrace. 2 bedrooms with king and queen size beds in each room. Offers a professional cleaning for an additional fee of 1000 DKK. · The guest can be required to read, fill and sign a private leasing contract stating the agreement of the house rules, security deposit, rent and rental period.

There are restaurants, cafes, bars, nightclubs and shopping opportunities all over the area, All of central Copenhagen is within walking distance from the apartment. - 10 minutes to the city central square (rådhuspladsen) and the main walking street. - 10 minutes to the Copenhagen canals. - 5 minutes to the nearest shopping mall and cinema. - 3 minutes to the nearest metro station. - 5 minutes to the Copenhagen central station. There are parking spots on the street at the apartment.
