Luxurious business apartment in Stgt.-Mitte, Urbanstrasse 85, new and very high quality furnishings, with charm and character. The cozy living area is unique. Extravagant furnishings create a special flair. Apartment size: 41 m², box spring bed (160 x 200 cm). Art paintings and birch trunks in the apartment exude a great atmosphere. LED fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, including water filtration in the kitchen on mountain source level, so no tedious Kistenschleppen necessary. Balcony with table and chairs, designer bathroom with "feel-good rain shower", high speed, internet, 360 degree swiveling flatscreen TV, thereby also from the box spring bed to enjoy TV. Very high quality furnished apartment, everything was new and very well maintained. Everything is there that is needed. To coffee, ironing board towels etc. Just come and stay and feel good ... we look forward to seeing you!
I love apartments tastefully, high quality and lovingly furnished. Only when I feel good, I know that the guest will be enthusiastic. I promise an exceptionally nice apartment.
Seven minutes walk to the train station and Königsstraße, six minutes to the shopping center. Three minutes to the planetarium and castle garden. Directions on foot from train station to apartment on request! When you arrive at the main station by S-Bahn, take the escalator up to the DB main building. -Go to the direction of track 16 -Then right to the exit "Mittlerer Schlossgarten" - At the beer garden turn right over the small bridge - After the bridge, go upstairs in the direction of "Kernerviertel". (Bridge leads over the main street) -Almost straight out, go up the stairs now you have it done! - Turn into the Urbanstrasse via the pedestrian path - After 200 meters you have reached number 85. Apartment 14, Olsen Take the underground from the main station to Neckartor.
