The location is very convenient, just across the river from the more busy area. The hotel has a parking lot a very short walk away (really close!!!), and you can stop in front of you if you prefer. The room was very comfortable and hiper clean, so was the bed and beddings. Cannot say enough things about the breakfast… one of those places you can spend a good hour just enjoying all the different (healthy) options, with free flow of good coffee - and a large TV showing nice landscape 4k images from all over the world. Many good TV channels to choose from (surprisingly, very few commercials) to alleviate jet lag. Finally the staff… this seems to be a family business and you can feel they do everything with love. This hotel is highly recommended.

We absolutely loved Villa Vie! The room was large and provided comfortable amenities (bed, chaise lounge). Our room had a castle/river view which was breathtaking! They have tons of wine to take to your room or share on the patio that overlooks the river / castle.

I was sceptic for the buffet dinner. But turned out that quality was very good. There was roasted venison, stuffed turkey, some fish and a variety of salads, desserts etc. All quite tasty and nicely presented.
As for the room: I am not sure why the king size bed had to be two joined beds. So there was a 'gap' in the middle. Otherwise the room was excellent, clean with nice furniture. Bathroom was also clean, no smells, everything very good.
We had a room with river view, which is spectacular: the castle, the city and at night everything was illuminated.
The spa facilities were also very nice. There were not many people there, which made the whole experience quite 'personal'.

Breakfast buffet is very good. Our room faced the river and was above restaurant and square so a little loud. With no AC we had to have the window/door open.

My family and I were eager to explore Cochen and booked an apartment for our stay. From the moment we arrived, we realized the apartment lived up to all our expectations and what was promised in the description. We were greeted with a spotlessly clean and tidy place, which made us feel comfortable right away.
What really stood out was the exceptional attention we received from the owners. They were attentive to any needs we had and made us feel at home. Finding a place like this not only met but exceeded our expectations and brought us great joy during our stay.
We are sure to return as soon as possible. This apartment has become our favorite place to stay in Cochen.

Cochem in the summer is lovely and vibrant with plenty to do and see.
We went for the Christmas market and found it very quiet and the market itself was very small. The town is a lot quieter in the winter months.

Cochem is a great place to visit.
Cochem is a great place to visit. Take the river cruise through the lock for 3 hour tour you won't regret it. The castle tour is nice thing to do. Take the bus up to castle because walking up hills is not worth the few Euros it costs for the bus. Great food choices.

All the write ups for the town seemed interesting & a location near the river. Parking was consistently a problem in most areas and restaurant food was average at best. Went to a lovely restaurant, 8k away in Belstrain & both food & wine recommended were exceptional.
Used our car for transportation. There was a local bus station & train within town limits, so car wasn't necessary here.
Seemed to have a # of stores for tourist items but not much else.Lots of cyclists

Definitely worth a visit, castle and a boat trip recommended. But beware of some....not so nice places to eat near waterfront, recommend to read the reviews, since some food is more like fastfood and not really traditional, borderline of nasty.
This hotel is in a fantastic location. We booked a Classic Suite which was clean, spacious and with a great view of the castle and the river.
The staff were efficient and professional.
We will definitely re-visit the Park Hotel, Cochem.
We required a car parking space and we arrived at 5p.m. and secured one of the last spaces. It might be worthwhile arriving a little earlier just to make sure that a car parking space is available.
Breakfast was good and so was our evening meal in the restaurant. The portions are too big!!!!!
The owner Hermann was friendly, kind and humorous. He made us feel welcome immediately. Despite having to abide by the strict prevailing Covid screening rules, Hermann made the whole process a painless breeze. He even rewarded us with a glass of his vineyard’s Pinot Noir each!
Our room was clean, bright and spacious. There was even a common pantry nearby with a well-equipped kitchenette.
This quaint vineyard hotel is a little gem in Cochem. We highly recommend it to those who want something different in a good way!
This hotel is hidden away from the business of Cochem city center business making it a perfect stay as it's really quiet and you can easily park (in case you come with your own car)
It might be hard to get to if you come by public transport or boat is up hill but it's still a walking distance from the city center
Room was modern, kept & clean and we had a very good breakfast
Out of hours check-in was super easy and smooth
the person who runs the stay is very helpful and is extremely active. i couldn’t quite figure out how to get the keys out but she opened the main door for us and hung the key inside.
it is close to the city center and also to the castle, the main attraction of this place.
all amenities that you normally expect to find in a hotel room exists here.
Collection of keys was very straightforward and fuss free. Very cute house. The kitchen was well stocked and the house has everything we needed. Bedrooms are on the second floor. Owners were very friendly and kind (I do not speak German, but nothing Google Translate couldn’t fix!). Just 3 mins drive into Cochem town. Loved our stay here!
After the hustle of the crowds in the old town area of Cochem, it was really nice to be tucked away in this charming hotel. We were a bit late to arrive but the contactless check-in worked out perfectly. Our room was clean, comfortable and cute. Breakfast was delicious and had many options.
Lovely hotel on the busy Moselstrasse we had a front facing balcony room which was lovely. Parking is not so good we were travelling by motorcycle and despite paying for parking got a fine because motorcycles are not permitted to park in the area in front of the hotel
Our property had a view of Cochem Castle and the Mosel River. Very central in this pretty town. We also had free parking next to the property. The property was spacious and we could make our own food in the kitchen (which has a dish washer as bonus)
The position of the hotel and the veiw from my room was wonderful. Also the fact that you had Cochem in your hands and all at your disposal. The only thing I found a,little out of order about Cohem is you could not rent a car.
The location of the hotel was great. We walked from the train station and to our boat destination. Included breakfast was very good. Very modern decor was nice. Staff helpful. Very nice stay. Thanks
Big rooms, comfy beds and pillows, all rooms have a nice view, parking next to hotel, walking distance to cochem, breakfast was good, however, no sweet things (only crepes) or fruit (only apples).
We had the Rose and the Tulip apartments, the spaces were nearly identical and had ample room. Both had a full size bed and a sofa bed. The location was right in the middle of the heart of Cochem.
The hotel was very clean and it located in best place with castel and river view with free parking.
Just in 10 minutes walking you can reach the city center. The breakfast was fresh and enough.
Outstanding location. Host gave excellent instructions on finding the place and getting the key. Apartment was beautiful with great views. Easy walk anywhere in Cochem. Very comfortable.
Friendly family run hotel close to the river with some good dining options nearby. The rooms were a good size and very comfortable. Breakfasts were fantastic with good coffee.
It was spacious. If you wanted to cook, you can. Nice view of the Cochem castle once you get out of the building. Some apartments have good view from the room itself.
