The stylish furnished 2 room apartment offers enough space on about 50m² for up to 4 people. Due to our high quality standards, we offer you in addition to a stylishly maintained and fully high-quality equipment, especially a clean apartment. In the kitchen you will find in addition to the basic equipment such as toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc., an oven with induction stove, plenty of pots, pans and dishes, and a fridge freezer. Everything can be used. Like the kitchen, so the bathroom with bathtub leaves nothing to be desired, as a window provides plenty of light and quick ventilation and a washer-dryer invites for longer stays. The bedroom provides a restful sleep with a baby bed as well as for your little ones. For cozy evenings or breakfast in the fresh air, the apartment offers a large, unobstructed balcony overlooking the green surroundings of the house. But even on cold or rainy days, boredom will not arise here. In addition to regular cable television, the premium Netflix and Amazon Prime Video services can be used free of charge on the large HDTV.
We manage our apartment independently, do not want to build unnecessary boundaries and appreciate a personal proximity to you. You can reach us directly and uncomplicated on various communication channels (call, SMS, whatsapp, telegram, e-mail, ...) and individual arrangements are generally possible without any problems. During your stay we are always available for you. If, despite our high demands on the apartment, an inconvenience occurs, we will of course take care to eliminate them by all possible means. Through direct communication with you, we are constantly improving. The city of Dresden has levied an accommodation tax of 6% on each guest since 01.07.2015. We are, as every host in Dresden, whether private or commercial, obliged to take the amount from you and pay to the state capital. In order not to unnecessarily complicate the matter, the corresponding amount will be listed directly on booking (local supplement) and included in the price.
The apartment is located in a higher second row behind a main street, which creates the combination of central but quiet and green location. Open the window at night - no problem. There is no permanent operation at the door and no train rushes by. Near the apartment there are supermarkets and shops. Various public transport can be reached in just 3 minutes on foot. The main train station and the center of the city are about 10 minutes away (by car depending on the time of day Hbf: 1 - 3 minutes, center: 5 - 10 minutes). From the main station it only takes two turns and all roads are easily passable. You reach the apartment uncomplicated. Sights such as the Frauenkirche, the theater, the university, the zoo, the stadium, bars, restaurants and clubs can be reached from here just as easily as the 2.5 km close to the Elbe.
