Beautiful apartments with a very cool location near the park. Spacious, bright, clean and cozy room. I was very pleased with the presence of a large number of kitchen tools in the kitchen, ideal for those who want to cook their own food. An ideal price-quality ratio.

The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and clean with a calm view to a park withe huge tree in front of the balcony. I am sure it is really beautiful when it is green. (We were there in March, before bud and blooming) The furniture is nothing special, but exactly what you need. It is easy to access with S-Bahn or U. I loved the flee market at the S-Bahn station. It is big and you can find whatever you can imagine. Don't forget to bargain. (-:

Located near to Tiergarten train station to access the rail network and the whole of Belin with a supermarket within 5 Minshull walk. Highly recommended property and well worth the money

Great value for money. Very clean and light appartment. Quit surroundings . Its a 50’s building/appartment so dont expect the newest gadgets bit its very well maintained. And it has a nice energy opening up the balcony door ( let them explain how to open it though)and looking at only trees. Great matrasses! Easy acces by public transport to the city center Free parking on the property! And if your in to architecture of the 50’s ( gropiusbau)its even more fun! On the other side of the Strassenbahn there is a lovely Biergarten.

Location was amazing. S-Bahn station less than 2 mins walk away and we could get into the centre of Berlin in under 10 minutes. Communication with the owner was great and she was very accommodating of our later check in time (10pm). Wifi worked perfectly. Bathroom facilities all worked very well. The main room of the apartment was very spacious and although the kitchen was small it is perfectly fine for a short stay.

I found there everything I needed, except for an iron. It was clean and big enough for one person. Also it was very quiet during the night, so I could rest well. It’s really close to Tiergarten Sbahn station which is on the S9 Sbahn line, coming straight from the airport. It counted a lot since I had a heavy troller (and the station has an elevator). It’s close to everything, so I could use a bike to get where I needed. It’s next to Tiergarten park, I imagine staying there during summer is really great, with all thise tree green around. And I even saw squirrels and rabbits in front of the building. :)

Really nice and bright apartment with big windows facing the Tiergarten. Very interesting building (and entire neighborhood) for architecture and city planning. Easy to reach by S and Ubahn. Shops nearby. Super quiet at night. The space is cozy, the bed very comfortable, you find everything you need for a long stay too (I was here more than 2 weeks and it was perfect). Nice hosts and really good value for money.
