Everything. The kitchen is well stocked with a coffee machine, stove, fridge, electric water boiler and all kinds of dishes to eat with. The bathrooms are super c;lean and comfortable and there is automatic LED lighting turning on at night as you walk from your room to the bathroom or kitchen. The hostel is environmentally conscious with many green policies and recycling boxes. The staff are all warm, caring and knowledgeable. The owner Carmen is the most wonderful person so welcoming and helpful you can ever meet on this Earth.

A cozy, comfortable, homely hostel that brings together people from all over the world. The breakfast (muesli and cornflakes with milk, plus coffee/tee) was a very pleasant surprise. Beds are super comfortable, it's warm and cozy in the rooms. All the facilities are super clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming. The attention to detail in design is extraordinary!

Lotte is an amazing hostel. I immediately felt at home the minute I was received by Carmen. There is free coffee, cereal, etc. in the fully equipped kitchen. The water in the shower is hot. The private room for 2 is cozy and clean. The location is impeccable, Lotte sits right below the castle, close to the trailhead. Although it’s in the old town, at night it’s very quiet. The bus stop is also just a few steps away, convenient for travelers who want to head towards the train station.

It’s just a few steps away from the bus station. This place is neat and cozy. Specially the kitchen, you can actually cook here. The staff was nice and friendly. They gave me some recommendation of places to hike and warned me the weather while I was there. Very thoughtful.

The hostel is conveniently located in the old town, close to most of the tourist attractions. The room was spacious and quiet, and all facilities were clean and well maintained. It has a nicely decorated common room for people to hang out and relax, and a small kitchen with amenities including a free espresso machine and milk. The staff, Carmen, was very nice, friendly and helpful, always wearing a warm and welcoming smile. She seems to be on duty from early in the morning until late in the afternoon, so guests can rest assured there is someone to help if needed. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in the beautiful city of Heidelberg!

Facilities are great, the kitchen has coffee, milk, even a dishwasher that the staff runs everyday. The staff is also friendly and very helpful! Location is right in the middle of the old town, which is very good when you want to know the city.

The hostel is situated in such a wonderful place! It is located in the old city and every attraction is just walking distance. The room is cozy, clean and tidy. Everything is clean, organized and Carmen was very nice too! I love that they even provide free breakfast (cereals) which is really highly appreciate!
