The staff and other guests were amazing! The hostel an event for the guests hosted by volunteers (who are usually also travelers) almost everyday. We went to a museum, sang karaoke, and even had a free dinner provided by the hostel one night. An amazing way to meet other travelers. I traveled alone and had an AMAZING time! Location, in the new town, is also wonderful.

Surrounded by colorful cafés and pubs, this brightly designed hostel is located in Dresden's Neustadt district. It offers individually furnished rooms and free WiFi internet. The Hostel Lollis Homestay Dresden provides unique rooms, a fully equipped communal kitchen and free tea and coffee. If needed, linen can be rented at the hostel. Guests are welcome to rent the Lollis Homestay's CDs, games, and books for free. There is also a communal washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. The hostel offers a number of free events, including a BBQ on Mondays, a Games evening on Tuesdays, free dinner on Wednesdays and Sundays, an evening walk through the bar district for a small fee on Thursdays, and a scenic adventure night walk on Saturdays. Guests are provided with a very useful city map. Neustadt Train Station is just a 15-minute walk away.
