The room was large clean and comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Price quality was excellent. Hotel is in a quiet spot so you can sleep with your windows open.

The room was nicely arranged for a twin bed. There was also room for a desk and a chair and small coffee table. The bathroom was clean and nice. And I was on the shady side of the hotel which was good since it was warm that weekend. The reception area for the hotel is beautiful. I was able to eat at the restaurant one evening and the food was delicious and prepared perfectly. I also tried the breakfast buffet one morning and it was great too for a typical German breakfast. Plenty of bread, meat, cheeses, juices, etc and cooked to order eggs. The hotel had a parking lot for numerous cars. There were beautiful small flower gardens - roses, a beautiful, butterfly bush in full bloom, etc - at the hotel too.

This was my 3rd stay. It is a great hotel with friendly staff. Service during breakfast is superfriendly: I ordered scrambled eggs, which were served within minutes. And they came even asking if you need something else. There is enough parking space in front of the hotel.

This was a very good family-owned hotel in the Black Forest with a superb restaurant! Fine old-school hospitality with a lovely selection of food and great atmosphere. The room was spacious and airy, very clean with lovely crisp linen covered, perfectly comfortable beds and with a balcony to enjoy the sunset and a view into the quiet countryside. We had an excellent stay and would certainly recommend this hotel.

We loved the spacious room with lots of storage. The bathroom was large with great lighting and a very nice shower. The heated towel rack was a plus. Breakfast was great with fresh breads, eggs cooked to order, coffee ready at each table, fruits, yogurt and cheeses.

Die Unterkunft war sensationell! Ein auch von der Optik wunderschönes Haus inmitten eines ruhigen verträumten Ortes, welches familiengeführt ist. Die Zimmer waren sehr einladend und sehr sauber. Sowohl das Zimmer selbst als auch das Bad verfügte über ausreichend Abstell- oder Staumöglichkeiten. Das Personal und auch die Chefin selbst gaben sich größte Mühe, dem Gast den Aufenthalt genießen zu lassen. Das Frühstück war gut und man bekam auf Wunsch auch ein eigens zubereitetes Rührei. Im Übrigen war auch der Restaurantbereich sehr gemütlich und einladend mit toller Speise- und Weinkarte.
