Hervorragende Lage, nicht weit zum Sessellift, sehr schöner Ausblick, große Terrasse. Schöne Ausstattung, modernes Bad. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Besitzerin ist sehr herzlich. Check in und out absolut problemlos. Unserer Tochter (8) war ebenfalls begeistert, was will man mehr!

We warmly welcome you in our apartment in Oberaudorf stylish and completely renovated apartment with modern bathroom and large terrace Use with a maximum of 4 persons. 2014 newly renovated Hallway with cloakroom area. The bathroom is accessible both from the bedroom and from the hallway. In front of the living room and bedroom is the large terrace. Here you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountain landscape. Fitted kitchen with fridge, sink and two hotplates. The bathroom is modern tiled and equipped with shower, sink, vanity unit, towel radiator and toilet. A hair dryer is of course available. Living room: The equipment includes a sofa bed (lying area 1.20 x 2.04 m), sofa (two-seater) and armchairs, dining table with chairs, chests of drawers, floor lamps, ceiling lights, flat-screen TV and radio / CD. Bedroom: The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2,00 x 2,00 m), wardrobe and bedside tables. The house offers our guests additional comfort and leisure time even in less good weather: sauna, infrared cabin, gym, games room with table tennis and ski storage.
We bought this apartment in the summer of 2013 and modernized. The beautiful location of the estate Bergschlößl on the hill and the wide view from our terrace over the Inn valley fascinated us. After a few relaxing weekends in our apartment, we fell so much in love with the Inn Valley and learned to appreciate the friendliness of the people in this region, that we moved our residence from Munich here. Thus, we can offer our cozy holiday home today and welcome you.
The health resort and winter sports Oberaudorf is located in the Upper Inn Valley and is an ideal and relaxing resort for young and old in every season, heavenly for hikers, mountaineers, skiers and cyclists, rich in culture and traditional traditions. In summer Oberaudorf offers 200 km of hiking trails, summer toboggan run, parks, skate park, lido Luegsteinsee with large water slide, swimming lakes around, nature and forest trail, Asphaltstockbahn, bike rental, tennis courts, table tennis, billiards, mini golf, garden chess, horse-drawn carriage rides, Wasserskianlage, fairy tale, wildlife park close. In winter, 50 km of winter hiking trails, curling and ice skating on the natural ice rink Luegsteinsee, horse-drawn sleigh rides, snowshoeing, tennis hall, ski jumping, 3 toboggan runs: Hocheck floodlit, Brünnstein, Tatzelwurm, cross-country, ski, carving and snowboard schools, 30 km cross-country skiing, alpine skiing in Skiing paradise Sudelfeld and Hocheck, snowboard half-pipe, touring ski area.
