I booked this hotel as I was visiting a trade fair.
All other hotels in the area around the exhibition centre had increased in price significantly from previous visits.
The cost of a standard hotel in this period was between 165-395 euros per night.
The price of this hotel was only 75 euros.
I booked it in trepidation but on arrival I was amazed at the standard of the hotel.
Easy book in after hours and quality equipment in the room .
A comfortable bed new bathroom with quality fittings it was just perfect.
The town itself where the hotel is located had some nice bars and restaurants so all was good .
I didn't have time to try the free breakfast but everything else was beyond my expectations for the price.

we stayed one night in order to make an early morning flight the next day. Hotel Sonne was very comfortable and only one stop away from Stuttgart airport. It has a homey b&b vibe and front desk was very kind

We arrived late in the evening after dark, and were happy to be received by our host. We were impressed by the clean and well-organized accommodations and check-in process. We were happy that the host allowed for a late check-out. Apartment was comfortable. Was perfect for our short stay, easy come, easy go.

I stayed in Echterdingen because I needed an overnight room close to the airport. I was pleasantly surprised to find how attractive the town was, given that it's right under the airport flightpath (and you aren't aware of it) and virtually a suburb of Stuttgart. It retains its small-town feel with some attractive streets, lots of cobbles and half-timbered buildings, and a redoubtable medieval church with a tower you can see for miles around. The shops appear to be quite good, the choice of restaurants is outstanding, the streets are clean and the people are friendly. As I left on Saturday morning the traditional street market was just being set up.

I loved the cleanliness of the apartment and the studio apartment! They are MODERN. It has EVERYTHING you need for a pleasant stay. It is much better than a hotel for sure! The host is SUPER HELPFUL and responds fast. Very friendly and check in was so easy 🙌🏾 The parking is great and the wifi is super fast! Also it is near lots of stores and places to eat. I will be a returning guest absolutely. 😄 Definitely will recommend to all of my co workers and family.
Good hotel near the airport in Stuttgart. Typically Moxy style with communal style areas downstairs which the kids enjoyed (table football/tennis, giant jenga, etc.). We only stayed the night before our flight early next morning, rooms were spacious and clean and beds comfortable. Great value for price. We took a walk into town and had a nice meal out, quite a few options around. Easy to park, check-in/out and a short drive to the airport.
The location was great for travellers as the hotel is a 15-minute bus ride to the airport. The bus station itself is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The room and bathroom were squeaky clean, and the self check-in process was very smooth and efficient. The neighbourhood is also nice to walk through and there were several nice restaurants to choose from if you wanted to have dinner.
It was a very comfortable studio. We only stayed there for one night to sleep during our trip back home from Austria. We were with 2 adults and 2 children. The only thing was that the room was warm and the airco didn't work and the noise from outside was to loud to have the windows open, but we were to sort at the hotel to ask for fixing the airco, so that was our own fault.
The Parkhotel is clearly one of the best hotels in the airport area and for that reason I booked it already several times (even good with family). Good breakfast, good restaurant, easy access to public transport (metro). I always like to go there.
Location was nice and close to the airport, stores, and the autobahn. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was fine. Staff was friendly. Parking was $10euro/day, not horrible for underground parking. More of a mini apartment than hotel room.
Very good place to stay before the flight, because only one S-bahn stop to AirPort, and hotel close, only 10min to go to railway station. In the same hotel building is piceria/kebab… , I came very late and it still worked.
Good breakfast, good sound isolation from highway and airport. Aldi and Lidl (stores) across the road and Rewe nearby. It was very close to messa (fair) and very close to U station.
the hotel is value for the money. Breakfast could be improve slightly but for the price it is OK. However, I missed black tea, even there were multiple kind of tea available.
Typical Ibis hotel. What you see is what you get :)
It was a very soundproof building, didn't hear the planes fly over even though you're so close to the airport!
I stayed here with the explicit focus on Stuttgart Messe. I did no tourist stuff. For me, this location was perfect. A single stop from the airport and the messe.
I did not have the breakfast. The location was excellent with on-site parking which is rare for European hotels. Food available within a VERY short walk.
