How do we differ from other properties? First of all, you need to realize that every hotel, hostel or apartment in Prague is just one of thousand accommodation options available. Why should you stay with us? We follow the saying "A home away from home" since we understand that travelling is one of the best experiences in life however sometimes it can turn out to be quite stressful and that is where we step in. We will try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Long story short, you are our valuable guests and our priority is to make your stay full of happy memories. Is it your first time in Prague and are you worried about everything? You do not have to be any longer! We will be the first ones to meet you at the airport and make sure, that since our first encounter everything will go smoothly until we say our farewells.

We proudly present you NEWLY opened, deluxe and fully serviced accommodation, located in one of the TOP Prague’s location. The apartments are completely independent and operate without the assistance of a reception. Then, floors, door handles, railings, handrails, buttons in the elevator are washed with chlorine (there is almost no smell). The apartments are secured by Ozon. Luggage room is available around the clock. Louren Apartments are surrounded by nature - two very famous parks are in walking distance. On one side – the Prague Castle is located 15 minute distance using direct tram, on the other - Náměstí Republiky with one of the biggest Prague shopping mall in 10 minute distance by direct tram. Building was fully renovated in 2018 and offers 15 soundproofed

Louren Apartments are surrounded by nature - two very famous parks are in walking distance: LETNÁ PARK (located only 350 m away from the apartments) is a large park with grassy areas, trees, colorful assortment of bushes and a long tree avenue. The avenue is full of benches, which makes it a great place to sit and relax. If you decide to walk up to Havanský Pavilion (a unique cast-iron building with a restaurant) you will be offered unparalleled views on the city. Letná park is great for playing sports, walking, having a picnic or just relaxing. STROMOVKA PARK - Prague´s "Central Park", “An oasis of peace and relaxation”, “an island of greenery in the midst of a noisy metropolis”. All this and more awaits you in former royal deer-park, better known simply as Stromovka. This roughly 100 hectare area is opened daily and it is visited by youngsters, couples, runners, in-line skaters, cyclists, families with kids and last but not least dog owners with their pets. As you can see this place is suitable for many activities. Strossmayerovo náměstí, one block from us, has great transportation node whose east side is dominated by the pseudo-Gothic Church of St. Anthony of Padua.
