Very clean apartment with good quality household goods. The cleanliness and practicality of the house is absolutely satisfactory. It is very good that there is parking for the car and the city centre can be reached in 15 minutes. There are many tram stop alternatives around. It is a very good option for those who want a quiet stay away from the crowds of the city centre. In addition to all this, most importantly, there is a friendly host who provides you with the information you need in a very clear way. We were very satisfied, I would definitely recommend it.

Great location - apartment is placed on a quiet side street with few shops, bars nad shopping center near it. Walking distance from Hrad. Place is spotless, realy well equiped and with very comfortable beds in both rooms. Owners are extremely polite and helpful and last but not least - free parking space is located on internal courtyard. We had a wonderful time there and will come back when visiting Prague again!

The place was clean, spacious and quiet. We arrived in winter so it was great that the heater and hot water for the shower was working well. Place was very accessible, near a shopping mall, several cafes and tram station. Also the host, Zanet, was very responsive, friendly, understanding and welcoming :) Private and free parking space available which is a rarity in Prague – however the parking lot designated for the apartment was down a slope which made it difficult for non-4WD vehicles to drive up when the road was covered in ice (we happened to be there when there was heavy snowfall and was unable to obtain a 4WD car due to rental shortages). Zanet replied very promptly and even had her family help us get out of the sticky situation when she realised the company was going to take very long to reach us. Truly nice people!

The area has a very nice feel to it, with a park nearby and some good local non-touristy bars and restaurants. The private parking inside the courtyard is a nice bonus. The rooms are a good size. The modern kitchen has everything in, with a dishwasher and a washing machine.

Well, it is really difficult to enumerate everything we liked about this apartment. Location - a very nice area close to the centre and just right next to the wonderful Letna park, a quiet street, all sorts of public transport nearby, big shopping centre around, a really nice bakery nearby, 5 tram stops to the Old Town and to Prague Castle, a nice old building, yet fully functional, a small, but useful lift. Free car parking space inside the courtyard - priceless! An extremely helpful host, access to the apartment is a piece of cake, A very clean, modern apartment, good floor. Great value for money.
