Julius is an amazing host, very responsive, readily available and helpful, I highly recommend this listing. Kitchen has all the necessities for basic cooking, there were even spices and an assortment of tea bags, coffee. There was a drip coffee machine, but I haven't used it, so no comment on that. WiFi works and is enough for most things, including streaming movies/shows. Armchairs in the bedroom although old, are very comfortable. All the appliances actually worked, which is never a given with short-term rentals. Location is excellent, it's inbetween two tram stops, within couple of minuts walk from a shopping mall, 5 minutes to either of the two nearby parks and right above the quaint local cinema BIO OKO. I had a bit of a longer stay and without prompt from my side Julius checked in with me and organized cleaning, changing of bed sheets and towels.
