Clean and very good location! The bus station is right in front and both busses and tramways are going in either direction. Metro is also 2 stops from there and traveling to and from the airport was very easy. The price was also pretty good! Great staff and great facilities!

It is a special place. Kim who took care of us is kind, cheerful and resourceful, he provides the most comprehensive and helpful suggestions regarding transportation, eateries, places to visit and more. The neighborhood itself is full of great restaurants and bars, and the tram that takes us to the old town is right at the front door. If we ever come back to Prague, we will definitely stay at Family Lorenz and Coffee House again.

What a gem of a family hotel! Perfect location, a lovely garden, wonderful rooms, a nice memory foam mattress in a spacious, clean, and quiet room - and above all, absolutely fantastic service! I arrived late, but Kim stayed past 10pm to make sure I could check in. 6 stars, my favourite place in Prague!

First of all, we appreciated the communication and understanding. Our train had a delay and had us arrive way past the check in hour, however we didn't have any issues, the host was great! We also had to check out very early and that was no problem either. The location was perfect. We walked to/from the city centre almost every time. You do have a tram station (22 and 13, both amazing routes) and bus station right outside so mobility in the area is perfect. We didn't have any issue with the sounds outside. From our room you could hear the trams, of course, but it wasn't the kind of noise to wake you up or keep you from sleeping. There are also two amazing caffes, one down the street and one up the street which made our stay perfect since we're coffee lovers. Everything was perfect, we're already talking about going back to Prague and we're sure on booking this place again.

We found the heaven place nearby the center of the city. The hotel has it's own peaceful patio with a fountain and place for yoga training, relaxing. This place has facilities to hang out your washings and cook meals in a small kitchen in your room. The host is amazing and helpful. Transfer was great by foot but a bit tiring from the Florence auto station because of the hills but the views were amazing, the area is very picturesque with much quieter streets compared to the ones in city center. Loved to stay there. Hope we will have a possibility to come back.
