This modern villa is definitely the perfect place to spend those summer days in the sun. Enjoy the evening in the resort centre which has plenty of action for all ages. The lovely location of the villa and the high standard furnishing make villa Sotmarie an excellent choice for holidays. It has also roof garden that is offering fantastic views of the sandy golden beach and the blue Meditarreanean Sea. Sotmarie is perfect decorated.

This villa is characterised by stunning sea views, spacious living area, three bedrooms, great size private outdoor pool and satellite TV (including Russian channels ,too). It has two bedrooms on the upper level and one bedroom on the Lower level, all with built in wardrobes. In the lower level there is bedroom with 2 single beds. Also in the kitchen there are some stools ready for use at breakfast in the morning.There is a family bathroom upstairs and toilet with shower room downstairs. Villa is fully equipped, flat screen and satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, air-conditioners, BBQ and a really big balcony that runs the full length of the villa. The lounge area is furnished with a lovely, comfortable sofa that can seat up to 6 persons. The very stylish and modern kitchen has built-in cupboards, electric hob/oven, full fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, and all the necessary crockery, cutlery and utensils. The dining area has an elegant dining table with seating for eight. A spacious guest WC with washbasin and a shower room is situated next to the stairs.

It is located 'only seconds’ from the main street of Protaras – the area well-known for the finest beaches (Fig Tree Bay) and the best weather of the island. Long and sandy beach at Flamingo Bay is only 100 meters away. Fig Tree Bay is a sandy beach in the resort of Protaras, Cyprus. In 2011, TripAdvisor declared it to be the third best beach in Europe, but it dropped to 13th place in 2013. As with all beaches in Cyprus, access to the public is free, whilst bed and umbrella hire is chargeable. Protaras has clear sky-blue waters and sandy beaches, the most well-known of which is Fig Tree Bay. Building on the success of Ayia Napa, located about 10 km (6 mi) southwest, it has expanded into a modern holiday resort of considerable size with tens of high capacity hotels, hotel apartments, villas, restaurants, pubs and associated facilities. Cape Greco is a 10-minute drive from the center of Protaras, and is considered one of the most beautiful places on the island.
