The guest service was great. The young people who staffed the front desk were very helpful and seemed eager to please. They would offer to bring our second cup of breakfast coffee to our room. Though they were smaller than my husband, they insisted on bringing our suitcase out on the bumpy cobblestone road to where our taxi was going to pick us up. They arranged a driver to Balagezong for us at the going rate around there (600rmb round trip and the driver waited for us). They offered to arrange other drivers or to provide any assistance getting around. Very respectful and kind. They even came outside to greet us and help us with our bags when we first arrived. The beds and bedding were super comfortable. The hotel and our room looked exactly like the photos on booking.com. The hotel was responsive to questions I had prior to our arrival.
