The location was perfect, specially I had been warned about security for staying in Santiago. I stayed 9 nights and didn't face any unpleasant situation. And I used metro a lot and had to walk (5-6 min) from the station to the Apartment and there wasn't any security problem, in the night time too. There wasn't any problem with my "neighbours" either. I didn't ask any room service and I prefered to do this by myself. That's why I don't know how this service was.
