The location was perfect and breath taking. They accommodated our family of 5 into one room so we didn’t have to split. The receptionist (blonde lady) was very accommodating and attentive. She made checking in pleasant and helped us with bus schedule. There was a game room in basement area and laundry room. Paddles for ping Pom require a 10 euro or CHF deposit. Need CHF coins for laundry room. Breakfast was good and variety of options that my kiddos could eat. Hubs loved the coffee.
