i am not please with the Booking.com i wanted to stay 2 night instead of one Booking .com say i could not get a 2nd night called the hotel directly and they said there was no problem and we had to pay booking.com one night and the hotel directly the 2nd night
Parking was a requirement yet they charge you above the cost the room cost for each day parking
The hotel is old and the cost is high for a hotel needing work
the one advantage is the down town location

Yes out of prov. free parking ticket. If you take your time lots to do . There are way toooo many choices for eating . Unable to tour play house -graduations going on ,the legislature was in a controversial uproare and something was going on at Christ Church Cathederal so didn't get to see the interior esp stain glass windows. Fredericton is a beautiful small City feeling in a great downtown location along the St. John River. It is filled with restaurants, artists shops and other shops. There are amazing walking/biking paths throughout Fredericton. There is a Farmers' Market every Saturday off Brunswick Street.

Fredericton is the capital of New Brunswick and the home of the University of New Brunswick and St. Thomas University. There are ample and good local bars and restaurants that demonstrate typical down-home hospitality and friendliness. Good bars include The Snooty Fox, Dolan's Pub and Rustico King West Brewing. It's an easy city to drive in and the downtown can be walked end to end in less that 30 mins (unless you decide to stop in one of the many cafes, pubs or restaurants).

This hotel is very close to many restaurants, shops and different activities they have during the summer. I particularly love the Saturday market they have every weekend just 2 blocks from the hotel. I visited a few things and was able to leave my car parked at the hotel and walk everywhere.
This is a great all-round hotel. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurants were all very helpful and pleasant. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. Very strong WIFI and the desk and chairs were also very comfortable and convenient. When I mentioned that my room was supposed to have a fridge, they had one up there in a few minutes. There are two restaurants and both provided really good food and service. Also, very close to major malls where we could easily get anything we needed.
This was a perfect place to stay for one night during our road trip to Nova Scotia. It was close to the highway, but there were no traffic noises in the evening. The staff were friendly, and helpful. The beds were comfy, and the bathroom was clean. It met all expectations of a chain hotel. You could drive up to your room, which made taking in luggage etc very easy. The breakfast was good - a buffet of the basic hot eggs, meat, toast etc. The (young) staff did their best to make your stay comfortable and easy.
The proprietors were so personable and professional and it was lovely to know they live on site with their family, enjoying the historic house as much as their guests, and bringing it back to such lovely condition. Having a pitcher of water in the room was a really nice touch and I loved the mature foliage and green peaceful setting overlooking the river. The location was convenient to various spots around town as well, and Fredericton seems like a lovely and convivial place to live!
It's an older hotel, but the room was super spacious, clean and quiet. We could park just below our window, come in through a back door and take the elevator right up to our room- so super convenient. The front desk staff was really personable and I have no complaints about the hotel. It's near all the shops and restaurants we needed and for the price, it was a great value. I'd definitely stay here again
The property was close to the downtown. Quiet area, very clean, the hotel staff were nice and helpful. The pool/hot tub, restaurant area exceeded are expectations👌🏽My partner loved it! We had a King Room, and it was perfect size for both of us. Wish we could stay longer than one night, next time for sure!
This hotel was a very positive experience. It was clean and comfortable. We loved the restaurant in the hotel, very good food. The only thing extra we paid for was the use of the washer and drier. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend to anyone visiting Fredericton!
The room was very clean. Location of the hotel was close to restaurants and shopping.
Pool was great. Could not ask for more. Thank you for the great sleep after our long car ride.
Nice sized fridge and a microwave were nice. All staff were so friendly and helpful. Thank you all.
The location was great, right downtown with easy access to everything. Check-in was easy and the room was clean and felt safe with the current COVID regulations. The hotel is super new and quiet even though it's located near the main street. Would definitely stay again.
Motel was very busy and we were lucky to get parking not too far from our room. Hotel is divided into many sections that don't connect. Very confusing. Room was clean, but property dated. Good breakfast available. O.K. for an overnight.
A few restaurants nearby.
Hotel perfectly situated around Fredericton. The beds were very confortable and the hotel was quiet during the night.
The parking is huge and there is a restaurant near by that offers a good choice and you can go by foot.
Breakfast is grab & go but very generous. We can heat up the sandwich in the microwave in our room. Hotel location is very good. It is just a few minutes drive to downtown. Wifi is stable. Parking is good.
Beautiful inn, well cared for. Angie was amazing, truly wanted to make sure we had a great experience. Breakfast was delicious. Easy walking distance to downtown attractions.
It’s a very clean hotel and offers way more comfort than many other hotels within the same price range! I’d most probably choose it again if I’ll be around Fredericton again.
The motel is clean, comfortable, nice beds, nice TV, fridge and microwave. I stay often and it has all the room amenities of a big hotel but for a great low price.
