Being manager and waiter in that industry made us realize the importance of listening to our clients and how everything is in the details. We then found that we shared the same concerns: the quality of customer service. After much discussion, we decided to pursue this to another level in the rental industry. Why rent a hotel room (or two) when you can have a full apartment for the same rate? Huge 1400 square feet loft apartment, 2 bedrooms with 3 KING beds and 2 Queen beds and brand new memory foam mattresses, pool table, arcade game with 48 classics, large fully equipped kitchen, one big bathroom with tub and shower and a half one in a bedroom. Furnished with high end furniture. Can comfortably accommodate 2 to 10 people (one extra queen size memory foam mattress is available for the living room for a little extra). The apartment is fully equipped and includes a 50" HD screen with cable and access to your favorite streaming services. High Speed internet. Parking for a few extra.

So hot and yet so cool—the Plateau moves to its own funky beat. Wrought-iron staircases, old-style stone masonry, walk-up duplexes, imported cars, second-hand bicycles, designer fashion boutiques and funky frip stores: this working-class-turned-yuppie neighbourhood with bohemian undercurrents is by far the grooviest scene in Montréal. Those of us who don’t live here come to play as often as possible. The Plateau is the best window to view the real Montréal. Here you’ll find a predominantly francophone community featuring an eclectic mix of artists, students, yuppies, and young families, spiced with a healthy dose of other cultures and languages to raise the diversity quotient that much higher.
