Carrington is a new and very safe neighborhood. The house is just a stone throw from a playground, and we have a bigger one about 5mins walk away. It is about 10mins drive from the Cross Iron Mills mall, which is easily the biggest mall in Calgary, and people from all over the city come to. Carrington is NOT downtown but is a quick and easy drive to almost anywhere you want to go, including a 20 min drive to downtown (Zoo, Science Center, Glenbow Museum, Calgary Stampede, Calgary Tower, Peace Bridge, the Core), a 30 min drive to Calaway Park, and an hour to Canmore and 80 min. to Banff. Please look at a map before booking and decide if the location is appropriate for your needs during your stay as we would expect not to be appraised unfairly because of our location. The booking prices reflect our inner city property status as you would expect properties closer to downtown to be more expensive.
