Our suite was great and the bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. The club lounge was an awesome feature and Patricia working it was great! The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful as well. Really made us feel welcome. Nice selection of restaurants and Randi Boulton singing that night in the casino was spectacular!

Super cute hotel. The staff was lovely, breakfast was a typical hotel hot breakfast. The lounge area in the lobby was great and well utilized. Everything was clean and the kiddo loved the pool. Oh and the window seat was my daughter’s favourite!

We stayed to visit my brother in Michener Centre. We took him to the Collicutt Centre which is fully accessible for people in wheelchairs in the pools. The Collicutt Centre provides wheelchairs to be taken into the water. There is a hot pool for people in wheelchairs and a hot pool for more able bodied people. It is also fully accessible for people in wheelchairs at Gaetz Memorial United Church. On the whole Red Deer is progressive for people with disabilities.

We were in town for me to compete in the Spartan race. We did not know it was Westerner days which was a great bonus. We got to eat some fair food and went to a great local restaurant. Red Deer is great.

Red Deer is an unknown gem of a mini-vacation.
Red Deer is an unknown gem of a mini-vacation. There's lots of things to keep you busy, from quiet pursuits (Fort Normandeau, the migratory bird sanctuary, parks, etc) to much more active pursuits like the BMX trials, the air show and concerts that we heard about when we were there. It's got loads of shopping in less crowded spaces as well as many specialty shops if that's your thing. Great restaurants and access to many prairie gems as well. We love Red Deer as a weekend haunt.

Very nice small city. Very easy to drive around. Lots of green areas with walking and cycling paths. All the same amenities, restaurants and retail outlets as a larger city but without the headaches of the congested traffic.

If you are attending the CFR at the Centrium in Red deer,...
If you are attending the CFR at the Centrium in Red deer, this hotel is a two minute drive with clean, quiet, comfortable rooms equipped with exceptional bed, coffee maker, microwave, fridge and free Wifi. The basic continental breakfast is fresh and tasty, but a large variety of dining options are available adjacent to the hotel in both directions, many within walking distance. Easy access from Highway 2 and convenient free parking. A definite gem at a reasonable price!
The breakfast was premium level.
The pool and gym are open until midnight! We got late expecting missing the pool time and we were so gladly surprised that we could enjoy the hotub and swimming pool before bed.
Breakfast is 6-10 am so we could sleep in longer and check out is a noon. Great ideas to create cliente satisfaction.
The product in the bathroom are fantastic! And something I haven't found in any hotel in the same category excellent quality toilet paper!
very cute small, trendy and very clean space for a couple to stay.
on the room description it said the room had a full bed with a sofa bed but there wasn’t a sofa bed. So luckily it was just my daughter and I that needed a bed for the night. this was the quietest room we stayed at in the 3 different places we’ve stayed in red deer.
Reception took my credit card and just charged me random amount. Later when I noticed on my transactions, I went to talk to her she said it was deposit. I don't mind paying deposit but atleast she was suppose to inform before taking it.
Curtains in the hotel were ripped.
The lady helped my kids make their waffles and pancakes. Very patient, accommodating and kind.
Front desk was top shelf
With one phone call management made sure our stay was perfect
Best hotel in Red Deer
There was no available breakfast. The hotel facilities are quiet old, but was still comfortable. I think the price for the accommodation should have been lower considering the state of the hotel.
Breakfast was the usual hot breakfast that many hotels serve. Here it was served by attendants rather than help yourself. No doubt this helps control waste, a good thing.
Pool and hot tub were great. Staff were friendly and check in/out was a breeze. We always stay here when we come through red deer. Beds are so comfy, great value for price.
Our atay was so tiring more i booked a hotel for the comfort of my kids family but we ended up awake all nigth the room was so warm the aircon was not working
Perfect for a basic trip! Way more character and love then a bland chain hotel. The restaurant serves amazing (!!!) food. Valentines dinner was spectacular.
