Entering Nassau is like entering the local food chain.
Entering Nassau is like entering the local food chain. I don't really like the hustle of the fish fry but I do enjoy the food! I have always found Bahamians very friendly. It is a nice place to visit. Some things can seem a little run down but you have to remember that the hurricanes beat up buildings and make it hard to maintain them.

We were able to go into downtown Nassau and enjoyed spending time exploring. We did a little shopping and ate lunch at a charming restaurant called the Manila Grill. We did use a taxi to go downtown and back to Paradise Island. You must have the Conch fritters with in the Bahamas. Everyone was very polite and it was a wonderful experience.

Everyone is friendly and very helpful.
Everyone is friendly and very helpful. The island is beautiful, and many attractions are within walking distance of each other. We enjoyed each restaurant at which we ate and the portions were very generous. There are both lively and more quiet areas so there is something for everyone.

The room was fine. The bed was comfortable.
The room was fine. The bed was comfortable. The wifi was terrible and only worked about half the time. If anyone reads these reviews I think I should be refunded the price if the wifi or at least be given a credit for the future

Nassau is a beautiful Island with something for everyone.
Nassau is a beautiful Island with something for everyone. Some parts are quieter than others. The beaches were nice but the water was very ruff, not sure if this was due to the season. Days were short, so its best to get up early to explore and enjoy the various activities and day tours. Great variety of food to please all!
The resort itself is very lovely and, depending on the room assigned (we were given one of the best studios I believe) it can make your stay very pleasant. The little laguna is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the great weather that Nassau has to offer, and the beach is really lovely as well. We loved the fact that we could use the beds and umbrellas on the beach all included with our stay. For the price we paid we were pretty happy with what we were given, just don't expect high luxury-class amenities and rooms and you'll be fine.
The outside property is beyond beautiful and so much more than you could ever imagine. The inside of the hotel, lobby, casino, restaurant and bars are so clean and nice. The access to the private beach is simple and easy to get to. The people and staff at the Atlantis are so nice, could not ask for nicer people Everyone was so helpful. There is so much there at the Atlantis that you don’t need to go anywhere else. The water park it amazing and so fun...
We appreciated the care and stewardship being given to this beautiful unique property. The staff went above and beyond during our stay from the moment we arrived until we left. The restaurant was some of the best Indian food we have had. The pool was clean and inviting. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had a huge balcony with gorgeous views. We will be back next time we are laid over in Nassau.
staff was very friendly and supportive! we absolutely got what we paid for! The territory is very beautiful, good internet connection.
we called from the airport and asked meet us. The lady from the hotel picked us up in a 7 mins. it was very comfortable and much cheaper, than taxi price at the airport.
The hotel provides transfer whenever you want for fair price.
I loved the fact that this location was close to alot of things eg. Atlantis, magaritaville , the beach just to name a few. The staff at the hotel were great and very accommodating. My husband and I arrived before the check-in time and they allowed us to check in . We enjoyed the pool as well . I loved it there and would be returning with my kids !!!!
The hotel is right across from a very private, beautiful beach -- we were at the beach every day and there were never more than 4 people in view (and usually no one). Perfect place for people looking for a quiet vacation away from the resorts and tourism. The staff was also amazing, and good food at the restaurant. We would definitely come back.
Our stay was very peaceful and relaxing, also thee Atlantis hotel alowed us in at the dragons without paying an entrance fee when we showed our room card which was awesome! So that helped to make our experience a welcoming one, room cost was unbeatable all in all totally enjoyed it would definitely do it again !!
The facilities were nice and clean. The different colors of the buildings were adorable. It is not an all inclusive but there were many activities you can partake in. There is direct access to a public beach and a lagoon beach on the other side. Both are very nice and relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Location was great but everything else was terrible. All inclusive but they hardly have anything open. The pictures on the website are extremely misleading. This property is terribly overpriced for what you get. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know or like.
The hotel is beautiful. It had a classic vintage look. Every staff we encountered was really nice and friendly. The pool beach and beach area was beautiful, perfect for relaxation. Our room was cleaned daily and we were provided with fresh towels.
location & staff
everyone one was so friendly & helpful, seriously they put my mind to.rest about my airport transfers. I was unsure of a couple of things , the reception staff were wonderful.
hotel only 5 minute drive from the airport.
It was just okay , certainly not a 4 star maybe 3 star at best. Staff was nice! Hotel is aged and worn. Bed was hard and I both my daughter and I got some weird rash. My view was out to the old abandoned part of the hotel
A beautiful boutique hotel with large room and gorgeous bathroom. The pool area was very comfortable and the beach was also very pretty and secluded. Loved the fitness classes but be sure to book into them!
