The host is extremely accomodating and helpful, genuinely invested into making our stay pleasant. Amazing location, the apartmen is cozy, very spacious and well-furnished. Everything you may need initially is provided, for further necessities there is a 24/7 store 2 minutes away from the house.

Sunny and cozy flat in the heart of Varna in a quiet 4-floor brick apartment building, situated right next to the Sea garden and the central beach. With all amenities and very close to main tourist sights – the Cathedral, Roman thermae, Festival and Congress Centre, museums, tennis courts, restaurants, clubs. Bus stop to nearby beach resorts is only 5 minutes walk. It is suitable for both leisure and business travelers. We are available for check-in and check-out. The flat has separate entrance. Fully refurbished and equipped, our flat is cozy and comfortable for short or long stay: • Dining room, living room – 2 sofas, 2 bedrooms - 2 double beds, to accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child; laundry room; • Desk, cable TV, free high-speed internet and Wi-Fi available and fully equipped kitchen: microwave, brand new built-in oven, brand new glass ceramic hob, brand new refrigerator/fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle; • All needed for a comfy stay is provided. Clean sheets, towels, toiletries; • All cutlery, glasses, mugs, pans and pods are available; • Brand new washing machine; • Air-conditioning (warm/cold) is available across the whole property.
We love to meet tourists and especially explorers of cultures and kitchens. Our place is yours and you may count on us when in need. Airport transportation could also be arranged.
The apartment is situated in a quiet, central, seaside neighborhood about 200 m from the beach. The small square (Exarch Joseph Square), the round garden (Shishkovata gradinka) and the streets around the flat have been recently renovated and modernized under a European project. These improvements have definitely made the infrastructure of this central part close to the main sea garden entrance more friendly and attractive. That all along with the nearby tennis courts, swimming pools, the fully renovated Marine casino, pubs, fitness clubs and the promenade with the nightlife, gave it a modern look and defined it as a great place for sports, relaxation and a variety of entertainments including culinary experiences. The picturesque small streets around, some with old fashioned houses in this so called Greek neighborhood, considered as the oldest part of Varna, the Roman thermae, the Aquarium, the Museum of Medicine, the marina, call for your kind attention and should not be overlooked.
