This is a really nice place to stay for a holiday in Bansko. The staff is very kind an accommodating. The room we had was spacious and comfortable with a lot of storage. The kitchenette was nice and we liked being able to cook our own meals. They had daily housekeeping which was very nice since we stayed for a week. They were even kind enough to run the sauna for us even though most of the spa was shut down because it was near the end of the winter season. It's close enough to walk easily to the gondola but also quiet and away from the noisy bars and restaurants. They offered a nice breakfast.

The hotel's spa center offers a massages and therapies, as well as a wellness bath. The 984 ft² big center has 2 body treatment rooms, a gym and other facilities.
