A wonderful family hotel, located in a very calm quarter of the city, away from the noise and the road, so much well decorated and furnished, that creates a very warm atmosphere. The room was extremely clean, which makes your stay very pleasant. The host was really friendly, helpful and polite. We didn't want to leave. Perfect place for both a short and a longer holiday - musts are the Roman forum and at least the nearby history museum and art gallery. The Neolithic dwellings museum is a walking distance away from the centre. The pedestrian and bazaar areas are full of nice cafes and restaurants. There are several beautiful parks in Stara Zagora worth a visit. The city has a pleasant atmosphere and people are friendly and helpful.

I'm guessing people have a specific reason to go there. I had one, which was travelling and performing with the choir I'm in. I really liked Stara Zagora and I would go back again. Lots of parks and green spaces. Lovely cafes and restaurants. Really useful market and shops. Lots of walks to go on. Easy to get to countryside.

I was there for 1 night for business. The hotel is in a horrible place between a building site, a housing estate and behind a damp yard and a dilapidated facade. It looks nothing like on the photo and the proprietors should be fined for deformation. I hwve taken photographs as an evidence. However, I know the booking.com will do nothing to refind my money, so i am not going to fight for my losses. I am a business partner on booking.com and my rooms are impeccable and luxurious compared to this hotel.

Stara Zagora is a very clean city.
Stara Zagora is a very clean city. The city centre is well maintained. The Ayazmoto park is wonderful, with lots of facilities for the kids. A rope garden route for the kids in the park is for free. The zoo is nice, with lots of animals in well maintained cages and yards. People are friendly and helping. You have a feeling of being welcome to Stara Zagora.
This was not our first visit to the Jack Family Hotel, as the location is very convenient for us while travelling across Bulgaria to the Black Sea coast. It is in a quiet location on the outskirts of Stara Zagora, and the rooms are clean. We stayed in the newer cabin-type rooms in the back, which are compact but adequate, with a big Samsung TV.
The hotel also has two high-class clay tennis courts which other guests were using.
Close to the main street and train station. Good size room and bathroom. Room also had a balcony. The owner was extremely helpful when I had an electrical problem (personal, not a hotel problem) Thankyou.
Please get some cat food to help the cats who hand around by the restaurant opposite
The room was big, had a balcony, AC, the bed was very comfortable. There was an ensuite bathroom with a bath tub & dhower. The hotel is very close to the centre and also in walking distance ( 10 min) from the station. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.
I really liked that the staff could remotely open the door for us as we arrived very late in the night. We found a really spatious, comforrable and clean room perfect for 1 night while being in transit. I recommend this hotel for longer stays also.
The room was comfortable and spacious. I had everything I needed. The hotel is in a nice location very near to the city center.
Self check-in is easy and fast. I didn't have time to check the breakfast.
I liked nothing about that hotel. Please avoid it. The photo of the front is misleading. The only thing I liked about it was when the taxi arrived quickly to take me away after checking out.
Great place in Stara Zagora, everything was brand new, the staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful. There is a charging station in the parking. There are a lot of parking spaces
Easy access, check-in. Friendly staff, wonderful room, great location, free parking in front of the hotel. What's more to say. Excellent accommodation for stay in Stara Zagora.
Amazing hotel where everything works automatically, easy to check-in, nice rooms with comfortable bed and all facilities, and Burger bar right in the building. Pet-friendly
Location of the hotel is in city center and the area is quiet. You can find parking spots near the hotel (payable, but on Sundays). The suite has a balcony but is small.
Very good, well furnished, comfortable, spacious apartment in the heart of Stara Zagora. You have everything you need for a great stay. The host is kind an helpful.
