I've stayed at the Coop before. It is an excellent hotel for its category. The staff is very good, always helpful, the rooms are spotless, the breakfast is good. It is a reliably good choice in Sofia.

The hotel is well placed (10 minutes away from most of the touristic places). The staff is helpful and polite. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There were a lot of fresh and tasty options for breakfast and 2 automatic self-service coffee machines. Everything is clean in the rooms and lobby and very quiet.

very friendly and helpfull staff, own underground parking (12€/day), very close to sveto Sofia & alexendar nevski , banyabashi , opera house, center serdica etc. Even its cold in februray, we had no heating problem. breakfast is good enough. no smoking and large and clean rooms.

We arrived late at night, the gentleman at the reception checked us in very quickly and guided us to the parking lot. In the morning, the breakfast was fresh and varied, after which I left the room using the late check out option for a small fee.

This hotel was chosen because it has ample underground parking. Extra cost was 12 euro. Originally given a tight space but when I asked for larger they were accomadating. Most spaces are actually quite large. Hotel is short walk to center about 15 min. Very close to main churches of interest.

Location is an easy walk to the main square. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had an issue with our credit card and the reception staff helped us with contacting the company to resolve the issue. There was a good variety at breakfast.

We loved the location, the size of the rooms, the comfort of the beds, the nice modern bathrooms and the hospitality of the staff. The parking situation was also ideal with a garage accessible directly from the hotel elevator. All of this for a great price! We’ll definitely return on our next visit in Sofia.
