I particularly appreciate the cozy atmosphere of the old stables, now transformed into modern and very comfortable rooms, and the lovely garden just outside the door. The only reason why I would not come back, some day in the future, is that I will buy my own house in Bilzen. But even then I will still come back to Huize Briers for the tasty cookies and the welcoming smiles !

Breakfast was substantial with everything you could want. It was a special occasion for my parents and Stefan went out of his way to make it so for them. Sauna was just so nice and relaxing with zen music and insence burning. Just exceptional. Can't wait to go back and stay longer next time.

It’s a shame as the hotel doesn’t seem to have enough dining seating for the number of guests booked in when fully booked. Great location, polite and friendly staff. Hotel very clean, spacious rooms and good Wi-Fi.

The castle is a short, 10min walk with some beautiful grounds. The staff in the Beauty Treatments area are wonderful and the treatments (massage, reflexology and facial) were superb in lovely relaxed surroundings. We also enjoyed the pool area which is small hence the pre-booking system.
