You will immediately feel welcome in our cozy apartment. The kitchen/sitting area has a lovely wood burning stove and through French doors you enter your intimate terrace with BBQ / fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large forest garden with a pond where you can relax in a hammock, sun lounger or garden chair. The three bedrooms are spacious with two single beds each, that can be put separately or together; so precisely adjusted to your wishes. There are two separate bathrooms and two separate toilets. You must bring your own bed linen (single duvet cover, single fitted sheet and pillowcase) and bath towels. Pets are welcome (10 per animal), please notify in advance.

Welcome to our holiday appartment "Monsieur Nips". We are Stuart from New Zealand and Sylvia from The Netherlands. We live on the first floor, above the holiday appartment. We respect your privacy, but if you have a question or if you like a chat we are available. Out of love of travel, nature, interaction with people from all over the world, we decided to open our holiday home in a natural and touristic area. That's how we came to the charming Belgian area named the Ardennes. Nature here is beautiful all year round, with the hills covered in forests and picturesque villages. The holiday home is in the heart of the Ardennes. There are many characteristic villages in the area, such as La-Roche-en-Ardenne, Marche-en-Famenne, Durbuy, Weris, Hotton, etc. At the end of our street you will arrive in the "Bois de Grandhan" forest. The river Ourthe flows in the area, here you can kayak or fish. You are in the right place for hiking and other outdoor activities. And also for culture, tranquility, sights, cafe and restaurant visits ... you name it, something for everyone. You can buy groceries and other necessities in the villages of Hotton (4 km) or Barvaux sur Ourthe (6 km). There is a train station in Hotton / Melreux.
