"La Fermette Contemporaine" is situated on the height of the village of Moha . Consisting of a masonry stone- laid with old, with a wooden terrace of 125 m2 enjoying a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature, the Burdinnale Valley and the view of the new 5 stars golf " Naxlhet ". It enjoys a south facing position with a total sunshine since half of the house side view consists of large sliding glass windows. In summer , the house can be opened almost completely outward and becomes one with nature nearby. With complete tranquility as contemporary farmhouse is situated in a dead end street and traffic is almost non-existent in the vicinity of this one. The architecture of the farmhouse is based on a contemporary design based on clean , minimalist lines to the guest feel permanently on holiday . Based sometimes on the Japanese style , sometimes on the minimalist Zen turned to Feng Shui. Featuring a high quality indoor comfort and decorated also based on Feng Shui.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA : La fermette Contemporaine is located in a special area called « La vallée de la Burdinnale » wich is a protected area in the countryside. It follows the wonderful landscape of the river « la Mehaigne ».You can walk around and visit this natural area. If you like riding, you can take the « Ravel » that starts from Moha and goes to Hannut, a beautiful course of 15 km where you can enjoy the beauty of local nature. Moha is a médiéval village with an old féodal castle to visit. Huy, the nearest town from Moha is also a nice place to walk around.. « La grand place » is lovely, « la Collegiale » (médiéval style), etc….. WHERE TO EAT : If you want to go out, there are many restaurant nearby, Restaurant : 1.
