Lac de l'Eau d'Heure is a pleasant spot for a few days' vacation, it has a lot of activities for kids and adults alike. There are some beach areas that are nice. Because of the wrong description we came to this place in hope for a swim. Unfortunately this property has no swimming pool and we spent the whole trip dreaming of one. Must mention that property didn't agree to change our reservation, wrong description is not enough for an exception they replied. It would be better for us if booking check the description.

The lake is great. Lots of activities with the water. When bad weather, not so much to do (besides the swimming pool). Restaurant at beach very expensive, we went to the 'cafeteria'. closes early but food was okay.

We used the hotel here as a base for events nearby in Chimay, but the hotel/resort area itself looked well thought out and had great facilities for aquatic activities. A great area for walking/cycling too.
