Great two level room, very close to the Brussels Expo area and a great lebanese restaurant across the street. Staff was very helpfull at breakfast to assist my wife to find allergen free options.

For me, the quality of the trip is given by the people I meet and the services they provide. In the past I often stayed at expensive hotels where I was completely put off by the impolite and cold manner of the employees, but this was not the case of Motel One. Everyone was very nice here- reception, bar staff. Everything went smooth and irreproachable. Politeness and gallantry NEVER GO OUT OF STYLE, and an institution's value relies on its staff. I never choose the same hotel for my travels, but next time I'm in Brussels I shall book Motel One once more. Other bonuses: great location.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. The rooftop bar has awesome views. The location was perfect. Walkable to all the sites we wanted to see. Close to the central train station. We would stay here again when we visit Brussels.
