Every comfort is afforded with quality queen-sized beds, luxury linens, plush towels and deluxe toiletries. Rooms have kitchenettes incorporating impressive tea and coffee making facilities, mini fridge and microwave. Complimentary guest parking provides the perfect location to access the many attractions in the Huon Valley and Southern Tasmania. Each stay includes a light breakfast pack.

The guest area is adjacent to the main property occupied by the owners. Generally you will check yourself in and out using the smart lock access, however if we are onsite when you arrive we like to say hello and ensure that you access the property ok. (Please don't hesitate to text or call if we do not see you arrive and you would like assistance). Each reservation has the inclusion of a Light Breakfast Pack, allowing guests to create their own gourmet breakfast, showcasing an extensive selection of teas and coffee and local grown apple juice. (Additional breakfast packs can be ordered in required at the property). We have redefined the traditional bed and breakfast experience for modern travellers. The breakfast packs, combined with the new kitchenettes in the suites, are all a part of the vision for autonomy and flexibility for guests, while not skimping on the classic luxuries of boutique BnB. The property has just two guest suites (booked separately) and a shared common space with a cosy dining and lounge room. We can accommodate up to two couples. Each private suite is beautifully appointed with those personal touches that make you feel special. There is also a quiet courtyard where guests can sit and enjoy a drink or cook a BBQ after a long day of site seeing.
In your room, a kitchenette gives you the flexibility to self cater. Be up early or sleep in, before you start your day exploring the beautiful Huon Valley and surrounds. A private and comfortable space with a quality queen size bed, luxurious 100% linen bedding and cosy seating area.
The Huon Valley is a picturesque area only 30 minutes south of Hobart. In Huonville visit some of the local cafes and restaurants and sample local seasonal produce. Within an hour's drive there are some beautiful natural places such as the Tahune Forest, Hastings Caves and Hartz Mountain National Park.
