Had a seperate sofa and dining table which is well placed.
Very helpful receptionist, check-in after hours was hassle free and provided late check out too.
Coles is right opposite which is great, location is a little far from city centre (10-15mins drive)but this is a good budget friendly and hygienic option. Exteriors are okay, was disappointed but once I saw the room was very happy.
4/5 overall!

I used my room at the kingston Hotel as my base as I was touring around the local area. It was in a prime spot, if you enjoy shopping this is the spot for you, for me it was all about travelling around.
The room was very comfortable and very clean. Also so quiet, I was very surprised by this.
The restaurant the staff was lovely and the food fantastic. Very family friendly with an area just for kids to have fun.
Totally enjoyed out stay there and will be returning very soon.

A growing area with ample shopping and other convenient facilities, such as restaurants, fast food outlets, bus station etc., all within a short walk. An efficient bus service to cater for trips to the city of Hobart. The township is handy to Kingston Beach and other surrounding areas for daily walks. A thoroughly pleasant and relaxing place to visit and stay.
We were really touched by all the little details of the stay and the personal touches that infused the space. The incredible view, space, and ambience of the pod was extremely invigorating and worlds apart from the experience of a hotel room. We also appreciated Tanya and Bryan’s efforts to conserve the environment and to provoke our thoughts about living more minimally. The wildlife popping up all around the beautiful grounds gave us cause to smile everyday.
Total surprise. The room was very large, comfortable and spotless clean, and so quiet especially with the location. Beautiful view of the mountains, close to everything especially the beach. Total fantastic. The food at the hotel is affordable and great. Also, the meals are very filling be prepared to eat too much. Had a fantastic weekend there.
this is an exceptional space with great amenities, close to Kingston Beach and Blackman's Bay, both great to swim at .. highly recommended for comfort and privacy ... close to Hobart CBD, yet feels removed enough for holiday retreat.. thanking the host again for a wonderful and generous apartment
It was an unique experience something different to what we were use to staying in.
Gardens were beautiful lots of native trees, do lots of bird life .It snowed while we were there so that made it extra special.
Kingston was only a short drive away, so lots of great eating places.
Spacious room with sofa as well as bed. Very clean. Staff very friendly and flexible. Quiet considering it is near a main road. Good location for getting out of Hobart towards the South West. Kingston has a lovely beach and good local restaurant
The spaciousness of the room. Close to shopping area. There is a nice ramen restaurant/takeaway in very close proximity. Woolworth and Coles just at a walkable distant. Short drive to Kingston beach that has more choice of eating out.
Location was lovely and quiet you could hear the waves crashing on the beach whilst we stood out on the balcony.
Coles servo close by.
Kingston beach not far away. Weather wasn’t warm enough for us to visit the beach this visit.
It’s nice quiet location
Close to Hobart and kingston
Scott was easy to deal with had to make a change few day before and wasn’t a hassle.
Didn’t need to meet anyone as all was done with key drop boxes
Huge room, comfortable beds and awesome location for what we needed. Will definitely stay again. Food was great at the hotel and was great to just walk across to eat without driving somewhere else.
Tucked away on the outskirts of Kingston this is a beautiful location to relax with lots of wildlife around. Thoughtful eco-conscious designed room. Loved the selection of books and teas.
Very spacious ,clean comfortable room with fantastic water pressure in the shower. Close to shopping district and a short drive to Kingston Beach. Good value
