Great location with easy parking (the property provides a parking permit and we were always able to park right outside). This is a Victorian terrace with character and classic period architectural features; high ceilings, ceiling roses, fireplaces (unfortunately not usable) and timber floors. Stylish artworks.

Brand New Renovated House in Fitzroy/ North Fitzroy, 2.9km from the city & arguably the BEST area to stay in Melb. Fitzroy's creative edge, galleries, bars, restaurants & cafes make it the coolest place in Melb. Less than 1 min walk from the house there are lots of cafes, restaurants, gourmet deli, grocery, butcher & beauty salon. Edinburgh Gardens 3 min walk. Number 86 tram stop is less than 1 min walk & goes to City Centre, Waterfront Docklands & trendy Brunswick St, Retro/Arty Smith St & Sophisticated Gertrude St! Guests are contracted to stay only on the dates specified and paid by on their booking. Unauthorised stays will be deemed as trespassing and charged as trespassers by the local authorities.

Fitzroy is "One of the Best Inner-City Suburbs in Victoria!" It's only 2.9 km from the city centre and Melbourne Museum. It's an enduring, bohemian village on the fringe of the city. Historic double-and single storey terraces and quaint Victorian cottages surround this beautiful area. The Edinburgh gardens are only a few minutes walk. Everyone who knows a bit about Melbourne would have heard of Fitzroy, it's funky atmosphere, the best cafes in town, the street grafiti art, live music and choice of fantastic bars, cafes and restaurants. Brunswick Street and Smith St bars and restaurants are only 5-7 min tram ride from the property. Lots of Designer Brand Shops & Factory Outlets nearby in Carlton, Collingwood & in Brunswick.
