Since 2000, Furnished Properties has been providing accommodation for both the corporate and holiday traveler. We are Sydney based and provide accommodation for both long and short-term stays. Not quite a hotel, not quite a real estate agent, when you need fully self-contained accommodation give us a call! We manage properties in and around the CBD as well as popular areas on the outskirts of Sydney and the Blue Mountains. All our properties come fully furnished and we provide towels and linen, there’s even a welcome pack to get your stay off to a good start! Please note that it is furnished not serviced, so if you want regular cleans during your stay, we can provide this service at an additional cost.

Design and luxury is combined with this brand new and fully furnished one bedroom apartment on Darling Street. Completed in February 2017 and ideally positioned just a short stroll to both the bus and ferry where you can easily access Sydney’s CBD. The apartment is moments away from Rozelle village which boasts an array of cafes, restaurants, bars, galleries and shops right at your fingertips. To make your stay even more comfortable, the apartment comes complete with towels and linen, modern furniture, fixtures and fittings including a widescreen TV set within a comfortable living area. Balmain is a suburb in the Inner West and is 6 km west of the Sydney CBD. It sits on a small peninsula that is just out of Sydney Harbour, directly opposite Milson's Point. It is home to many trendy bars, cafes and restaurants.
