It's almost brand new.. so its very comfortable. AND very quiet surroundings. The garden is interesting with 25 fruit trees within 100 sq meters.
John works full-time as GM of an apartment building in Perth. Rita is a retired Real Estate Representative. We both enjoy travelling and on a recent trip to Paris, London, New York and other places we decided we can do better by offering our home to Booking'
200 meters to the lovely Swan River. Five minute walk to 24 hour food shopping but 4 K to Belmont Forum. We are conveniently located 2 K to the Airports.
