Fully equipped kitchen and laundry located next door to a family park and a hop away from the Eating and Shopping precinct offered by Belmont Forum. Starter amenities provided.. shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and washing liquids all just waiting for you and your suitcase. One car bay provided plenty of free street parking, but let your feet do the walking to everything this perfectly located property offers.
