Even though we rented an apartment and assummed "self-service" holidays, there was an unexpected extra service in the room, e.g. changing towels, unloading the dishwasher, so when we came back from the mountains it was always clean and welcoming. We felt attended and taken care of. The host was super-nice and always avaialble. It was possible to order fresh rolls each morning, which came practically warm at the doorstep.
