Great location, clean and comfortable room. The beach access was nice, although you have to pay for the “upgraded” location, but it was worth it. We got the bean bag chairs with the net that stuck out over the water for 5,000 ALL. As we were there all day (9 am - 5 pm), we were ok with paying a premium to have the breeze, view, and personal space. You could order from the beach bar, and they would bring drinks and food to you. We usually walked up to the bar, though, as it was faster. The service at the beach bar was great.

Room was small but efficient. I like the bathroom design, they've got own private beach, very nice and clean water. But be careful they don't have fine sand, just small stones, so have in mind to bring with you water shoes. They have a beach bar with cocktails but as soon as it closes you can't order cocktails from the hotel restaurant. However staff is very friendly and they prepared me some mojito and Cuba libre, so cheers to them. Overall it worth the money.

A very nice location with a private beach. Close to central Sarandë but just far enough off the center to not be overly crowded or loud. A very nice building.

Had a very lovely weekend stay at the hotel. The private beach is very beautiful. Can catch great views from the terrace, beach side and the platform, all different amazing views. The room is spacious and very clean. Property is still relatively new and well maintained. The staffs were very attentive, friendly and checked in on us to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We wanted to go on kayaking at the beach and Erind helped us above and beyond to make it possible. Had a lot of fun!

We love the sea view from our veranda and that the hotel has it’s own private beach. Also, we really appreciate Erin for always checking on us and letting us know that we can ask him for help anytime. The receptionist that day was also very attentive and helpful. :)

Nice property with a stunning view and a decent beach. The beach was clean and has enough sun-beds for all the hotel guests. The water was very clean. The property has a nice breakfast and a very good restaurant where you can have lunch or dinner if you don’t want to walk around the city in search of a restaurant. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and assisted us with all the questions we asked. The location is perfect with everything within the walking distance - supermarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants, exchange offices.
