This beautiful two bedroom apartment is spread over 130 sqm and has capacity for 4 people. It is located on the 3rd floor of Port Saeed Building in Deira, and boasts beautiful city views and a cozy interior. The living room has a comfortable sofa set with two large sofas, and one armchair. The room also includes a coffee table, a TV, a colorful rug, as well as multiple wall arts, decor items, and plants. Next to the living area is a rectangular dining table with six chairs, and surrounded by beautiful artworks and decorations. The room is naturally well-lit, thanks to large glass doors, giving access to a private balcony furnished with a table and two chairs, for your to enjoy your morning coffee in front of a beautiful scenery. The kitchen at the apartment is U-shaped and all-inclusive; it has all equipment you might need during your stay such as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, microwave, refrigerator, oven, hot water kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and stove. Inside you will find the two bedrooms. The first one includes a large king-size bed dressed with fresh white linens and blue bed covers, topped with cushions. The room also includes night tables with lamps, wardrobe with hangers, a chest of drawers with a mirror on top, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and a chair. The second bedroom featured a queen-size bed with fresh linens, night tables with lamps, a dedicated workspace with a desk and a chair, a chest of drawers with a mirror on top, and a wardrobe with hangers. The main bathroom has a large bathtub, a toilet and a washbasin. There’s also a second bathroom for guests at the apartment; it comes with a toilet and a washbasin. Both bathrooms include amenities such as cleaning products, hot water, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, towels, toilet paper, and more. The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher and smoke detectors. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space.
