This property is a registered holiday home apartment; it is also a serviced apartment but not a standalone hotel.

All guests are required to provide photo identifications or passport copies at least 24 hours before arrival to allow time to facilitate check-ins.

Please note that parties/ gatherings, smoking inside the apartments & pets are not allowed on any unit as per community management rules and will attract a fine if such instance are found. Any loss of access card / Keys is chargeable, please contact us for details of the charges and fees.

All units are provided to our valuable guests in a neat and serviced order, any additional housekeeping services during guest stays can be arranged upon client’s request at an additional cost.

Damage Deposit is a mandatory fee, charged depending on the property. We accept only cash payments for deposits. Failure to pay this fee may lead to cancellation. This fee will be collected up on check-in. Refunds are subject to property inspection at the check-out time. For more details please contact us.

Please note that all late check-ins after 8:00 PM (UAE time) are subject to an additional charge of 150 AED.
