The location is perfect- few minutes walk from the bus stop to Fira, supermarket, and beach&restaurants! Antonis and his family are great and helped us out w/ everything we needed. There's a little refrigerator in the room and dishes that can be washed in the sink outside. Each room has its own little patio where we had breakfast every morning, which is also budget friendly. They cleaned our room every day, and we got clean fresh towels every day. The rooms have air conditioning. Loved it!
Oia Caldera, Oia

Oia Caldera, Oia
Located in Oia and with Katharos Beach reachable within 1.1 km, Central Hostel Oia provides a tour desk, non-smoking rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi throughout the property and a terrace. The property is situated 14 km from Archaeological Museum of Thera, 23 km from Santorini Port and 23 km from Ancient Thera. The accommodation features a shared kitchen and luggage storage space for guests. Oia is the jewel of Santorini and thus accommodation is extremly expensive. I am not a honeymoon goer and as a solo traveler I wanted to find a cheap place to stay, and this was the only place. While the price tag might be a bit expensive for a hostel, it makes up for it with great location right by the bus station, and there are only 8 beds so it’s never that crowded. While it was the self check in place the process was simple, and it was kept clean for the most part. For a budget traveler in Santorini I’d definitely recommend to stay here.
Karterados
At the hostel, every room comes with a patio. The rooms have a kettle and a private bathroom with a shower, while selected rooms also boast a kitchen. At Caveland each room is fitted with bed linen and towels. It is a beautiful site with lots of flowers, a pool and amazing views. The staff, especially Santiago, Sara and Christiana were fantastic and very patient! Breakfast was great! Loved my personal cave with a welcoming Greek wine bottle, Olive spread and crackers …very nice touch!
Fira
Opening to a patio, the dormitory rooms of Santorini Camping & Hostel enjoy views over the pool, the garden or the Aegean Sea. The dormitory rooms are equipped with A/C, while the tents come with a fan. All accommodation types include a shared bathroom with shower. Its close from airport, close from center of Firá by foot, close from bus station where you take a bus to everywhere. The atmosphere of the place is very invited, great staff, amazing management, thanks for having me, I will be back for sure ASAP. Cheers
I highly recommend this hostel- from the staff to the facilities, it was exceptional. I was warmly welcomed and there was nothing the staff could do more to accommodate me. Most importantly, the dorm rooms were split into male and female, which as a solo traveler is very important to me. I felt safe, comfortable (the mattresses are amazing) and well cared for. It was also very pretty and well designed! I can’t recommend this hostel more.
Lovely place with the great location, you are everywhere by car up to 15 min. The host is super nice, always ready to help, recommended lot of amazing places to eat and to visit. The house is clean, spacious with nice view and terrace. We traveled with our toddler, they provided everything for him (crib, chair, cuttlery, shampoo and shower gel for babies) and he could play safely inside and outside. It is the nice quiet place, if we will come back once, we would definitely revisit this accomodation.
Cheap, with essentials included in the price that usually aren’t (toilet roll, soap, washing up liquid, aircon, safe). More modern than most budget Greek island places that I’ve stayed in, and very cheap. Housekeeping superb - daily maid service with fresh towels.
Hotel was in a great location! Super close to the beach front and all the restaurants. It was also a short walk to the bus stop which was convenient for cheap travel around the island.
Great staff and great location. Offered privacy from bustling crowds and rooms sound proof enough to not hear the late night music from local bars. Breakfast.
Great location, great amenities & all around gorgeous. Located near a small supermarket & a cheap atv rental place. Super friendly receptionist who was very helpful in finding us a taxi when we were running late for the ferry! She was also very welcoming on arrival and talked us through the sights on the island.
Great location, 8 min walk to fira bus station and 5 mins to caldera. Cute balcony with nice view of kontochori and exo gialos. Great air con and useful to have mini fridge for water, but no other kitchen facilities. Great price for a budgeting couple in Santorini, cheaper than hostel private rooms during high season. We would return for this reason!
Good location only 10 min walk into Fira. A pool which was great to cool off in . Room was OK. Bathroom cramped , but good Size balcony and good size room with fridge, air con and safe. Look it is a cheaper budget hotel, so don't build high expectations . But value for money good .
I am staying here for the second time so that already says a lot. The hostel has been renovated, the kitchen has been enlarged, a microwave and an induction hob have appeared. Additional changes took place in the showers. It was a good idea to turn one of the rooms into a dormitory for boys, I think it will be popular during the season. The hostel has a great location, close to the beach, bus stop, several eateries, a good Santa Irini bakery with coffees for 2 €. Lovely ladies owner! :-)
