The card costs 10 EUR and is valid for 1 year. Y hostel, it asks that all people must show a covid-19 digital certificate or a negative pcr at check-in The hostel was clean and safe. The staff was really helpful and friendly. I loved the atmosphere there and it was not that far away from the city center. Would definitely reccomend!

The property is non-smoking throughout. rooms are clean and looks exact like on the pictures. staff are so kind and helpful. I didn’t use the kitchen and other facilities, however it’s looks complete: teapots, cutleries and etc. there is cafe on the ground floor where you can have pizza, snacks and some beverages. also across the street few cafes where you can have a food

The location was exceptional - close to the shops, main strip of the town and the mountains. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was clean and had everything you needed including beautiful bowls and plates

All the spaces were clean and tidy, the cleaning ladies are super efficient

Each dorm has access to shared bathroom facilities. fantastic warm welcoming to hostel by receptionist (woman) and farewell (man), individual breakfast (not as in accommodation place where breakfast is prepared for large group people), all staff represent so high empathy level for all your needs and request as even you don't need explain and ask for so long, solution is coming immediately, there is one woman-cleaner which have aim - to avoid turbulence in customers stay (so quick doing her job) when changing linen or cleaning bathrooms
