Calgary Airport Shuttle bus is 2 blocks away from the hostel. Overall a very good place to stay. The location is a 10/10 and the downtown is just a few steps away. Well maintained and organized. Has all the facilities that one could ask and more. The breakfast provided is standard, The TV room is a good place for entertainment and it also has a pool table. Would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling for short stays and longer stays regardless. The staff are very nice and highly professional.

A small library is available for guests to choose from, and a sauna is also available. great facility at the HI Lake Louise, great on site restaurant. would eat here again for sure! but also nice clean kitchen which was well appointed if self catering.

I liked the location because it is out of the centre and it's more relaxed and quiet. The views are spectacular, beds comfortable and the bus ticket to use within Banff was a nice surprise :)

See the fine print for more details. I loved this hostel, I'd dare to say it was the best one I've ever stayed in. We were traveling with a group of 4, so we had a room for ourselves. The kitchen is fully equipped, and it's quite big. There's plenty of space to chill or work, either outside or inside. There are books, board games, billiards, some musical instruments, so you won't get bored. You can also wash (est. $2) clothes and dry (free) them if you need. The hostel is set in a wooden house, and it also adds a lot to its vibe :).

The location is so perfect with the view. Its surrounded by stream and mountains. We enjoyed the sauna. The property was clean and the host was friendly and explained everything about the stay which was clear.
