Washington Monument is 6 minutes’ drive from the hostel. The Lincoln Memorial is 9 minutes’ drive.

The location of this place can't be beat, right in the middle of DC. The beds are clean and made fresh for each guest. There is a kitchen available where a simple but delicious breakfast of pancakes, coffee/tea and lemonaide is served. There are computer terminals available, and the wifi works well (I did work from my laptop). The staff is friendly and helpful. They are patient answering all questions. I commend them for keeping their cool and can tell they sometimes deal with unusual guests.

The hotel is in a great location - you can reach the mall by foot and stroll downtown without needing a car! Also the neighbourhood of the hotel is great and feels very safe. The ameneties provided are perfect for a short stay and offer a very comfortable stay. The in-house pizza place as well as the hotels own bar are another plus for anyone visiting DC

Cosy hostel with a focus on the communal vibe. Lovely shared living room area and a kitchen where you can cook. A breakfast of homemade chocolate chip pancakes was provided, which was a thoughtful touch. The beds were super comfy and the bathrooms fitted out nicely. The staff were friendly and helpful, even offering to carry my bag upstairs for me when I was struggling! Truly excellent value for money for a cosy, welcoming space that was in a great location to get to the sights - 2 or 3 stops on the metro.

I love the generator hostels in Europe so was extremely pleased this also lived up to my high expectations ! Extremely clean and comfortable, great location - close enough to be able to walk to the attractions, but not right in the noisy centre of town. I didn’t use the Cafe or restaurant downstairs but both looked lovely.

Hotel was in a great location and tourist attractions were all in a good walking distance from each other - be prepared you will do a lot of walking in Washington! Room was spacious and allowed all three of us staying to have plenty of room. Roof terrace was gorgeous at night, we sat up late into the night playing games and having drinks so it is great for relaxing after a long day walking. Lots of food/drink spots nearby and felt safe at night walking about

Great location right between the monuments and Georgetown. Walking distance to both and to restaurants. Area felt perfectly safe. Metro close by. Ubers always readily available. Apartment had all the necessary facilities and was spacious. A bit jaded, particularly the kitchen, but good value for money for the area. Lovely staff.
