It's in an excellent location & very easy to find. Self-checkin and self-checkout was very convenient. I had a problem with my PIN code upon arrival, but I called the staff and the problem was fixed in 3 min. It's cleaned regularly, the kitchen and living room had sufficient equipment. I was worried about having 6 people in the room, but it wasn't a problem at all. Overall, excellent hostel experience, great value for money.

The beds were comfortable, and everything was pretty clean. The hostel is huge but that does not prevent people from meeting each other. Despite not really participating in the organized social activities I was very impressed by the fact that they happen. And despite (us ;)) guests being pretty wild elephants the hostel was surprisingly quiet after 10pm (apart from a thud in the kitchen here and there). Also I felt well well received despite being (probably) the oldest dude there.

Hostel Old Town is located in the center of Bratislava, directly above the Bratislava Castle. It offers modern air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi internet connection. The hostel is atypical in its design, it offers privacy and a quiet environment as it does not have external windows, the windows are directed to the inner block, where there is a living tree.
