Carmen and Fernando are phenomenal hosts. They are always smiling and happy, even though clearly they work a lot and could probably use a vacation themselves haha. They helped me get around the city and find things to do as well. The atmosphere in the hostel is fun and relaxed. Bathrooms are extremely clean and they offer laundry service. The beds are super comfortable, and all beds are equipped with personal outlets to charge your things, which is pretty handy. I genuinely don’t think any other hostels in the area can compete with this one :)

The fantastic ambiance and enthusiasm of the staff was very infectuous (especially Rob and Jo), creating a funky homely feel. For me it was so important that my acomodation is placed nearby Metro(Subway) station. Rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were amazing, well maintained and provided with all you need for a good staying. Also the Host was very polite and helpful! ♥️

The price was accessible and the staff were always so friendly and kind. You can see they want you to be comfortable during your stay and are doing a great job at it. It's also very close to the tram station as an alternative for the metro. Overall it's been a pleasant experience and I'll definitely book my future stays with them.

I returned twice to this place during my 2 weeks in RO, although I did not plan this. It's a very accommodating hostel, a bit like a shared flat. Pauline and Daniel mingle with guests and have really good people skills, making everyone feel wellcome. You need conversations, you'll have that with them, and other guests, everyone's friendly. You'll need some rest, they will make sure this is respected by guests. Very good vibes. I'll book again in summer, when I'm back to RO. While I was really fine in the female dorm, I love the single room, due to the decorated insulation and minimalist feel. I'll be back in June!

Fernando and Carmen are great hosts: always ready to chat, always ready to advise guests on everything they need. The hostel is very well located (Inside the city center and close to the old town), Impeccable hygiene, it has a nice common area, a well furnished kitchen, The bed and pillow are probably the best I've had in hostels in which I have stayed. It has a different and very tasty Breakfast! Definitely the best hostel in town!
